  • Chris Hsieh, O.D.

    Dr. Chris Hsieh graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry and has completed training throughout the nation, at sites including the Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital in Honolulu, Omni Eye Services in New Jersey, Kaiser Permanente in Daly City, and Eastmont Community Health Clinic in Oakland.

    Dr. Hsieh is licensed to practice the highest level of optometry, which includes the use of diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents, performing lacrimal dilation and irrigation, and treatment of glaucoma.

  • Cynthia Nguyen, O.D.

    Dr. Cynthia Nguyen graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry and is a board-certified, therapeutic optometrist.

    Dr. Nguyen previously owned and operated Tustin Square Optometry since 1995 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.

    Across his 35 year career, Dr. Char has brought his unwavering professionalism to the community of Orange, California and has established himself as a trusted resource for high quality eye care for new and existing patients.

  • Jasper Cheng, O.D.

    Dr. Jasper Cheng grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He recieved his Doctor of Optometry degree from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry completing external rotations with an emphasis in medical optometry through the Veterans Affairs hospital in Fresno, Veterans Affairs outpatient clinics in San Jose and Arizona, and community clinics in Oakland.

    Dr. Cheng is passionate about treating ocular disease and emphasizes the importance of ocular health and its relation to systemic health. He believes the key to patient wellness and happiness lies in patient education and thus hopes to provide the highest quality of vision care by combining the latest technologies with excellent patient care and education.

  • Neda Nilieh, O.D.

    Dr. Neda Nilieh is a board-certified optometrist. Throughout her educational journey, Dr. Nilieh’s commitment to excellence has been recognized by various professional affiliations and awards. She was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa honor society and received an OEP clinical award for her outstanding clinical skills and contributions to the field of optometry.

    Dr. Nilieh is experienced in the treatment of dry eyes, contact lenses, and glaucoma. Through her expertise and up-to-date knowledge, she provides personalized solutions to address these common eye conditions, helping her patients regain optimal visual comfort and clarity.

  • Thu Phan, O.D.

    Dr. Thu Ai Phan worked with a non-profit mobile eye clinic to provide free eye care to underserved preschoolers and later as an optician in a private practice before moving to Chicago to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry.

    Dr. Phan completed her training in full scope family practice as well as training at the Illinois Eye Institute, the Cornea and Contact Lens Institute of Minnesota, and the Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.
